Out: The first thing I notice here is an empty lot converted to a small garden. Also, on one of the side streets, there are actually some well-maintained row houses. Definitely a contrast from the previous two stops, but it still looks fairly rough around here even if it is a bit better. There are people selling stuff on the sidewalk, and there are some small stores and restaurants on Broadway, including the Family Dollar, a deli, fried chicken place, and a sports store.
