Out: There aren’t any brownstones over here, but instead there are mostly row houses and three story apartment buildings, in either brick or siding. There’s a Hispanic church in a converted old movie house, as well as the Mexican and Cuban restaurants.
There are also pretty varied business including delis, a gym, H & R dance studio, and social services “Turning Point”. The neighborhood still looks mostly Mexican/Hispanic, and overall it appears pretty middle-class and friendly.
In: Similar to 45 St. , but with yellow colored tiles.
