Out: There is an impressive and important mix of buildings outside this stop.
They include the Great Hall of Cooper Union as well as the other Cooper buildings, but also a huge, curvaceous, and reflective condominium development.
Mostly young people, probably a large number of NYU/Cooper students or affiliates.
In: Station is old and dingy, but at least the platform is really wide for most of the length of the station. On the platform there are round columns painted white, green, and burgundy as well as square brick columns.
