6 Train - Bleecker St. (Day 2, stop #95)

Out:  The exit to the station is on an open, airy NoHo street.

The buildings are mostly low-rise here and appetizing smells are emanating from the nearby restaurants.

There are more people in work clothes, though, than at Astor Pl.

In:  the station here is very dim and dirty.  The white tile columns are falling apart, but they have small signs saying “BL’KER” in old-style font, which is somewhat interesting and kind of makes up for the otherwise crumbling nature of the columns.  The wall tiling for the station name has large tiling in a shield shape instead of the typical rectangular mosaic tiling.  Also pretty interesting.
