6 Train - 110 St. (Day 2, stop #81)

Out: The stop here is next to the Dewitt Clinton Projects as well as some weird adobe-looking residences. Ethnically the area is definitely majority Puerto Rican, but there are a decent number of black people as well. The streets look petty dirty, and the commercial establishments are the usual mix of stores as well as an “Organic Cleaners” & a Mexican bakery.

In: This station has nice tiling with a bright blue background. Also, the floor is a clean, smooth material that I haven’t seen elsewhere and I’m not totally sure what it is. There is also a cool tile mural of kids playing in a fire hydrant & a man in a Yankees hat making shaved ice.
