Out:  There are many Orthodox Jews here, along with some Middle Eastern and white.  There is a falafel place, a pizza place, and a bagel place, all Kosher.  There are also the usual banks, pharmacies, etc.  The Flatbush Yeshivah is nearby, as is a division of Tuoro College.  There are many two-story houses here, and some are actually detached with trees in the yard.  There are also plenty of smaller brick apartment buildings.  It seems quite clean and safe here.
