A Train - Beach 60 St. (Day 4, 10:12 a.m., stop #156)

Out: It’s more populated over here, for sure.  There are houses on both sides of the tracks, as well as apartment buildings.  On the north side there are some buildings that look like projects, but on the south side there are more 70’s-style condos near the waterfront (“Ocean Village on the Shore”).  

There are actually some small businesses within a couple of blocks as opposed to only residential here.  Ethnically still seems predominantly black.
