4 Train - Kingsbridge Rd. (Day 2, stop #67)

Out:  With the armory right next to the station, the immediate surroundings do not seem as commercial.  There are mostly 3 story buildings here, and not as many tenements as in other parts of the Bronx.  Of these 3 story buildings, in some of the buildings the first floor is commercial and the top two floors are residential.  There are plenty of Mexican restaurants here.

In:  This elevated station has all new paint & cement floors.  It looks like it was just finished, because it was indeed just finished according to a sign in the station.  Good view of the top of the armory from here, as it’s right next to the station.
