2/3 Trains - 116 St. (Day 3, stop #150)

Out: This is quite a busy corner, and looks more like the traditional Harlem.

116 and Lenox are both wide, offering an open feel to the intersection. Some apartments here are being renovated, and there are some fancy condos going up in the area.

The area is still predominantly black, but there are definitely a decent number of white peoplearound. Also I saw a white woman, wearing African garb, walking on the street with her husband and child; kind of interesting.

In: The station is kind of dim, but generally in good shape. It is pretty similar to 125 St., with mosaic murals at the north end of the platform. There is a multi-color white/baby blue border on the tiled station name sign.
